sharing, 401k, Safe Harbor and
Cross-Tested plans. To best develop a customized
plan for your organization, we’ll consider the
maximum benefits, the participants,
contributions, and
benefit formulas based on your specific
objectives (length of employment,
salary, hours of service, etc.) LS also
specializes in Defined Benefit Plans,
like 412(i) and Traditional Defined Benefit
Plans. Unlike defined contribution
plans, where contributions are defined and
limited by law, defined benefit
plans do not have a limit on the contribution
amount, rather they are limited
as to the benefits provided.
