With over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Jeff Miller is a seasoned Client Relationship Manager at LS Benefits Group. Known for his exceptional customer service and deep client connections, Jeff plays a vital role in helping businesses navigate Non-Qualified plans and other key employee benefits with confidence and clarity. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, he has built a career rooted in trust, responsiveness, and a client-first mindset. Whether helping install a Non-Qualified plan for a new client or ensuring a long-standing client receives personalized support, Jeff is committed to delivering value and peace of mind at every step. Beyond the office, Jeff is an avid pickleball and soccer enthusiast and makes it a point to recharge with a beach getaway a couple of times a year.

Michael Shurmer graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a degree in Finance. He began his career at Oracle NetSuite, a Fortune 500 company, where he learned valuable corporate lessons before realizing his passion lay elsewhere. Michael thrives on building authentic relationships, understanding the “why” behind a business’s challenges, and developing strategies that make a real impact. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and playing golf. He is a lifelong fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, and if The Eagles or Fleetwood Mac are playing, he’ll be listening.
